💌 When are orders dispatched?
Orders are dispatched once a week or so. This of course does not apply to any pre-order items. I will email and/or make a notification on twitter to forecast when pre-orders will be shipped out. If you included a pre-order item in your purchase, it will not be dispatched until I can ship the rest of your order with the pre-order item(s).

💌 Do you offer tracking?
I do but it is not automatically added to your purchase. You must upgrade your shipping to include tracking, this will of course increase the price.

Please note that you must chose the correct shipping option for your order purchase. That means you cannot cheat the shipping fees for your acrylic charms by selecting the stickers (lettermail) option. I will contact you to pay the correct amount. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to message me!

​💌 How long will my order take to arrive?
Due to courier backlogs and the ongoing global pandemic, please allow for a minimum of 2 weeks for all orders. Please note that I will not be liable for any shipping mishaps.

💌 I messed up my order can I change it?
Please email me right away! If I haven't sent it off to the post office yet I can make the change for you, otherwise it is final sale and I cannot make any changes.

💌 Can I cancel my order?
I will only allow cancellations on a case by case basis.
